Committee on Ministry:
"Its purposes and duties are friendly counsel, supervision of churches without pastors, consideration and recommendation on credentials of ministers transferring to this presbytery, supervision of pensions, and emergency grants."..."The Committee on Ministry is responsible for all areas specified in the Constitution, including the care and support of all minister members serving in churches, mission projects or validated ministries, and the commissioning, care, support, and oversight of Commissioned Lay Pastors in consultation with CPM and the Mission Program Committee."
